Start your sight-seeing tour around the island by visiting the traditional villages of Krasi, Mochos, Koutouloufari, Piscopiano and Old Hersonissos. Spectacular views, narrow streets and beautiful well preserved old houses will astonish the visitor at every step.

Just 3 km.away from our hotel is the "Malia palace", the third largest palace of Minoan Crete after Knossos and Phaistos.

Not far from Malia there is also the Lassithi plain, a large upland plain at an altitude of about 850 m, surrounded by the Dikti massif and containing some of the archaeologically most important caves.It is known for its many small windmills and 17 Cretan traditional villages. There is also the Diktaion cave - birth place of Zeus - at Psychro.
